Connect your Zoom account to JuggleHire so that a Zoom meeting is automatically created whenever a candidate books an interview slot.

## Prerequisites

* A Zoom account (free or paid)
* Admin access to your JuggleHire organization

## Connect Your Zoom Account

1. Go to Organization → Integrations

2. Find the Zoom card and click Connect

3. You'll be redirected to Zoom — sign in and click Allow to grant access

4. You'll be redirected back to JuggleHire — the Zoom card will now show Connected with your Zoom email and the date

## Set Zoom as Your Preferred Conferencing

After connecting, tell JuggleHire to use Zoom for new bookings:

1. Go to Organization → Scheduling

2. Find the Preferred Conferencing dropdown

3. Select Zoom

4. Click Save

From this point on, every candidate booking will automatically generate a Zoom meeting link — no manual copy-pasting needed.

## How It Works

When a candidate confirms a booking:

* JuggleHire creates a Zoom meeting on your behalf
* The Zoom join link appears on the candidate's confirmation page
* Both you and the candidate receive an email with the Zoom link included

## Disconnect Zoom

1. Go to Organization → Integrations
2. Find the Zoom card and click Disconnect
3. The card returns to the disconnected state

After disconnecting, the Zoom option will no longer appear in Scheduling Settings. Any new booking links you sendwill fall back to a manual meeting link (which you can paste when sending the booking link to a candidate).
